Hi !When we login with URL (?func=LL.login&username=USERNAMEHERE&password=PASSWORDHERE.......)and we copy the url in the internet explorer it is working.When we copy this link in word and Str-click on it the login-page aktivates.When we would load the url in an frame the login-page apear.how to make the url also in word and Frames working (login automaticaly and show content.thanksMarco

hi Marco,Wow! that's interesting...i tested this with a Word doc and you are correct. I'm not sure why, though; possibly LL needs some http headers before it can do the redirect and the data can not be passed through ll.login unless the browser window is already opened.Here is a little work-around that i just tested:Create an intermediary page that you call from yourWord doc; on the intermediary page, use a body onLoad to refresh the page with the Livelink url. You could put an html file in your support directory and call it using the support url or, if you have to pass data through, you could create a Request Handler (not an LL Request Handler) to pass any data through prior to the login.Good luck and thanks for teaching me something new!DonnaWisteria IT
