Directory listing of folder and all contents

How can I get a directory listing from a chosen folder on down, including all subfolders and their contents? Ideally, it could also show ownership and file size.Thanks,Russ

I am interested in this but I need more than what is given in the Outline. i need the owner, the date the doc was created and modified and the name of the parent folder. I have attempted to write a Livereport but it is not working well. Help! Thanks.

I believe Bhupinder's method uses the nodecrawler feature of lliapi to render results.The method just now posted works only in oracle and if I am not mistaken if you do not do the ABS of the integers involved would it still crawl livelink projects ?.That would make the query slower also probably.

I think you mean Report Fieldas as a Livereport parameter but do you mean I should select LiveReport as format as opposed to Auto Livereport? Anyway i ran the query or report and got an error Dtree ReservedBy as an invalid identifier. what does that mean? Thanks.

Following on a really old thread....I tried this little trick (CS 16.2.4) and it worked, however it also lists the documents and not just the folders.

Is there a different way I can get a list of all folders and subfolders? I like the hierarcical display of the project space outline, and am looking for a way to display a similar view but for folders not in a project workspace.

Can this be done?

You remove the “ItemType=144” which represents the Subtype of Documents. Try it. I can’t guarantee it, but it has two parameters there: 1 for Documents (type=144) and 1 for Folders(type=0).

You can also do this with Activeview/WebReports by using/customising the browse_hierarchy template.
