Assign Temporary Pesmissions?

Hello All!I want to be able to allow a user to modify a node, but based on a condition. This condition may change, so I don't want to use the node’s ACL, since this will give permanent permissions to the user.Is there a way to assign temp permissions to each user based on my condition? I would like to avoid using the ACL, as I will have to update it each time the condition changes. Any suggestions?Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!Yiannos
