Backlog Graph
Victoria_Freihofer_(rgsinc01admin_-_(deleted))
We need to create a graph that shows the backlog of the jobs that are being routed through workflows.Basically we want to show monthly the total workflows, the workflows older than 6 months, and the backlog rate (total workflows divided by the older workflows; all multiplied by 100)We are using SQL statements in our Reports. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? I just need to know where to get started.Thank you!Victoria

Message from Nair, Krishnankutty N. via eLinkIf these are running workflows webactivework is the view that you shoulduse.Instaed regardless of executing, suspended, archived, stopped then yourmain table is Wwork,Wsubwork, then for task info you will get towsubworktask.Simply tables that start in the schema with a 'W ' is forworkflow related stuff.Get a copy of the schema book if you need theofficial OT explanation,it is free of charge.Initiate a simple workflow (note its URL,workid, subworkid) and see howthe entries get filled on these three tables and you should be able tomake a very strong connection. There is also a document in the KB thatdetails the various statuses flags etc, that are being used.I have long forgotten where its link is my hard copy reads'Table 5.3 List of Workflow status codes'.It is part of Advanced schemaand Live reports course.-----Original Message-----From: eLink Discussion: Livelink LiveReports Discussion[mailto:livereportsdiscussion@elinkkc.opentext.com] Sent: Thursday, December 29, 2005 9:20 AMTo: eLink RecipientSubject: Backlog GraphBacklog GraphPosted by Freihofer, Victoria on 12/29/2005 10:18 AMWe need to create a graph that shows the backlog of the jobs that arebeing routed through workflows.Basically we want to show monthly the total workflows, the workflowsolder than 6 months, and the backlog rate (total workflows divided bythe older workflows; all multiplied by 100)We are using SQL statements in our Reports.
