LAPI_NETp.dll for .NET Framework 2.0

We ran into the problem when we migrated to MS Visual Studio 2005, and had our VB.NET project, which uses LAPI, converted into VS 2005.We reference LAPI_NETp.dll, which references vjslib.dll ver 1.0.5, and that creates a confusion once you introduce .NET FW 2.0.Is there already a version of this (and possibly LAPI_SSPIp.dll) for .NET Framework 2.0?Or maybe we are doing something wrong?Thank you in advance,Sandra
