I.S._Support_(bupauser3_-_(deleted))
Dear eLinkAm I right in thinking that On Time Module is now phased out?If so what is the replacement functionality Module? Can I confirm the most up to date version of On Time, I believe that the las one I worked with was 5.4 with 9.2LL, was there anything after that?I did go through downloads section of the KC to confirm this, but perhaps someone will have more info on this as publicly avaiable?Your comments are much appreciated. Many thanks in adance

Dear I.S. Support (bupauser3), Version 5.4 is the latest On Time Module for Livelink. It is compatible with later versions of Livelink up to and including the latest full release, Livelink 9.5 sp1.It is not available on the KC as a download. On Time Module Customers can order it via CD or request an FTP download be set up.You complete module information can be found in the ?Livelink Module Matrix?. This is on the Home page of Enterprise Workspace under Popular Topics & Docs. It includes information about modules, OS, where the module reside (e.g KC, CD?) and weather it is currently available. Here is a direct link to ?Livelink Module Matrix? on the KC here:

PatriciaThanks very much for your reply. I got myself familiar with the Release Notes for both LL Server and On Time Module for the versions mentioned as above. In Livelink 95sp1 Release notes pages 2 to 5 there are some abbriviations such as C; S.For example, note the section on Supported Platforms -> Livelink Server Operating Systems and Databases. Can I check with you that they mean as below -C = Certified?S = Supported?Sorry to bug you with this, but login a support call for this may be a bit too much. Many thanks,p.s. Are you based in Canada or UK? It is just we had some communications with someone who's title was Director of Support and I am sure that it was a man, rather than a lady...

Message from Patricia Moore via eLinkYou are correct. The explanation is in 9.5.0 as follows:C (Certified) - A full set of manual or automated tests has been run inthis environment.S (Supported) - This environment has not been certified, but Open Textwill work to fix issues that occur in these environments as they arise.Best Regards, Patricia MooreDirector of Product Supporte: pmoore@opentext.comP.S. Dear PatriciaThanks very much for your reply and explanation. Can I ask you another question on Read Only Users and LL 9.5 Are you aware of the above functionality for LL95sp1? Basically we would like to have some users accessing LL in Read Only mode, therefore we need to know whether it is extra Module feature or perhaps it requires some Administration work on LL Server?Personally, I recall hearing of such option in Livelink but I am not too sure whether this functionality comes from some sort of a Module or whether it is a component of Livleink Server Administration???Can you comment please. I am mainly interested in 95sp1 but if chance to know about smth similar in LL9.2 it would be great if you can pass your comments on to me.Kind regards
