Urgent - Please help!!CAPI.EXEC insert/update with ORACLE 10g
ATHANASSIOS_FAMELIARIS
Hello all!I have a very serious problem. I cannot insert or update fields with data that is over 4000 bytes long in CLOB fields. I have noticed the same problem exists with LONG fields, but the limit there is 64KBytes. Both of these limits are well below Oracle's specifications (4Gbytes for CLOB, 2 for LONG). I have tried the same operations using JDBC and have had no problems. The problem must be related to OSCRIPT.I am using version 9.5.1 with the latest patch applied. The problem exists in both Windows and Solaris versions. Someone MUST have encountered this. We are in a dead end and could really use some help. Thanks in advance!Yiannos
