Infinite looping on llisapi.dll

As part of our hardware re-build I built three livelink serverseach could be addressed as http://livelink-t150a.conococphillips.net/llisapi.dll,http://livelink-t150b.conocophillips.net/llisapi.dll,http://livelink-t150c.conocohillips.net/llisapi.dll.Our LB group replicated our prod rules for this test cluster and LB'd it usinghttp://livelink-t.conocophillips.net/llisapi.dll.We are using NTLM authentication only with DirSvcs's.If the LB URl is used sometimes it goes into a infinite loop and if you look at the web server logs,I enclose it,( I masked our server IP and my client computer IP's),and I see 401's all the place.This does not happen if I use livelink.exe only on the llisapi filter.I have all unknown isapi's and cgi's to allow on this.Really at a loss,but the initial enterprise load page will keep on spinning and in the status bar ,it goes on re-directing.....

turns out to be OTHOME variable in my three servers.they have to be identical (including case sensitivity) for LB stuff to work .
