Global variable getting overwritten-URGENT

Please help me. I am novice and having trouble with global variables. My functionality snippet looks likeFunc1{Func2}Func2{assoc ret= Func3changing ret hear chaging the global variable also...}assoc Func3{global variable = local assoc//appendreturn local assoc}I have one gobal variable asssinged to an assoc in Func3.Now i am using the returned assoc from Func3 in Func2 which is simulataneously changing the global variable values also.

They are passed by reference, which means that if you change one, the other one also changes.To assign it, simply copy the Assoc to your global variable.(Assoc.Copy I think)Regards,Rolf.
