Accessing a physical object's data with a uniqueID

Is it possible to retrieve a physical object in LAPI knowing only it's uniqueID (not its NodeID)?

Sorry, but it is not currently possible to retrieve a physical object using its uniqueID.

Thanks David. I suspected as much so I wrote a module to do it for me, copying the code from the GetNodeIDFromUniqueID script in the Utils object in the OIRM module.
