OTModifyDate question

I can do a query using -strBufferSearchQuery.append("(OTModifyDate : > 20060101");for dates that are greater than January 01, 2006. However I need to add a time to the date. Is this possible? If yes, please show the format. Have tried different formats but not successful.Thanks in advance
