DAPI Error

Could somebody help please.When we access documents from within our Portal application and attempt to index thos documents, we are getting this error:LAPI call 'AddDocumentDetail' in method 'callSetDocumentMetadata' failed , for request: 10.227.84.23_4f9fa612:10acbe9aa2b:-7fef. Result code is:'121109', Further info: Status Code: 121109, Api Error: , Error Message: , Status Message: Error getting the DAPINODE for this item My investiogation os far is pointing at the same issue, that our Database is out of sync with our Extarnal File Storage (EFS). Is there a way to establish if this is the case and if so how. Any help will be very much appreciated.
