CustomizationsRT doesn't work with 9.5
Thomas_Brown_(joipro01user5_-_(deleted))
I have been using CustomizationsRT to remap HTML (weblingo) templates. I am now upgrading to 9.5 and CustomizationsRT does not appear to be supported. Is there another way to customize html templates without modifing the versions delivered with Livelink?

I installed CustomizationsRT_2_1_4 and I can map weblingo files in the HTML directory but not ones in a module directory.I have attached attached a section of the startup log which shows that CustomizationsRT is not correctly mapping files in modules. Am I doing something wrong?

Message from Hans Stoop via eLinkHi Thomas,What I expects is happening is that your custom module gets initializedbefore the the modules you do a mapping for. What you should do is create an orphan from the webDoc ospace rootobject in you custom module and restart Livelink.Let me know if this solves the problem.Kind regards,Hans> -----Original Message-----> From: eLink Discussion: Development Discussion > [mailto:development@elinkkc.opentext.com] > Sent: donderdag 1 juni 2006 15:56> To: eLink Recipient> Subject: CustomizationsRT_2_1_4 Error> > CustomizationsRT_2_1_4 Error> Posted by Brown, Thomas on 06/01/2006 09:54 AM> > I installed CustomizationsRT_2_1_4 and I can map weblingo > files in the HTML directory but not ones in a module directory.> I have attached attached a section of the startup log which > shows that CustomizationsRT is not correctly mapping files in > modules. While I was waiting I tried MapDirectory and it is working. I may try MapModules again later but I need to get this out the door today. Thanks for your help.

Message from Hans Stoop via eLinkThe mapModules function requires information from the module object ofthe mapped module. Therefore the other module needs to be in itializedfirst. MapDirectory doesn't need that. I'll add a message to the module so it will give the hint of orphaningin this case.Hans> -----Original Message-----> From: eLink Discussion: Development Discussion > [mailto:development@elinkkc.opentext.com] > Sent: donderdag 1 juni 2006 19:12> To: eLink Recipient> Subject: While I was waiting I tried MapDirectory and it is > working.
