I got my software team to create a simple access database that uses ADSI to set the values for the operations and support team. You will need to modify it to work in your environment though. We have hard coded to the same domain controller that your ldap synching in livelink is set to use, we had issues with active directory replication latency causing some issues. The security context under which you run the database must have write access to active directory to make the changes. This database only does users and doesn't enable groups. Its a bit rough so use at your own risk !

There no Microsoft tools that will help you other then ADSI edit from the support tools. But you can either write a small .vbs to do it or third-party tool, like Hyena from systemtools.com which allows you to display/modify any attributes of an objects
