Who can delete users ?

Can somebody provide me with some sql to determine who has the privilege to delete accounts ? I assume it's buried in UserPrivileges somewhere ?Thanks.

Depending. Users with Userprivilages in KUAF => 2175 can modify users.A user with that creates or owners the new user can modify a user even if they have their rights stripped. That woul dbe in the ownerid of KUAF.
