The default mail stuff is in the SendMessage function and does not contain options for CC or BCC, not sure if any other modules implement their own. It looks like it could be possible to add them into the SetHeader method and then create a new function to handle these additional fields as the SendMessage method will be used in several places so amending it could cause those other functions to break.
