Dear all, I need to add a job to run every 5 mins on the server to expire some data records in a custom table, and was looking to either add it to the 5min agents list of jobs or creating a seperate agent. Just looking for some comments and ideally some sample code for this.

Also, if you need to debug your agent, you will quickly see that agents don't automatically run in builder. Here is how to do start it manually:?func=agent.runagent&Agent_list={'[agentid]','[agentid]',...}You simply have to replace agentid with the agentids you want to test.You will also realize that agents won't run directly even by calling this line. We accomplished this by just cloning the existing 'notify' or 'agents' section outlined in OPENTEXT.INI.You can define either a cron style schedule or a repeat time and then just reference an oscript file with the required code. The script is just added to the ./SCRIPTS directory.The attached example was created for LL9.0, but the implementation should still work.
