Struggling with SORTBYREGION

The manual (src_searchapi.html) says: SORTBYREGION This setting is not supported in Livelink 9.5.0 (that is, it is equivalent to SORTBYNOTHING). ;-( does this work again in 9.6? In the manual of the web service API 'Using_the_Livelink_Search_API.pdf'(LES 9.6) there is no parameter for sorting by. Are there other way to have a hit list sorted by e.g. modified date? And on top, how could the sort order be changed from 'ASC' to 'DESC'? Thanks & Best Regards Christian [Solution Consultant]
