Calling request handler from Ajax request.

hi,I am having a request handler which wil return the firstname,lastnamemailaddress for an livelink user which is passed in url.I am calling this url from my html page but it is returning something like this(attached) but if i accessed directly by URL it gives me in XML view.How can i get the same from a call from html.please help.Thanks &Regards,Mahesh
