groups that are members and/or guests of projects

Hello All,I am in need of assistance with writing a query to identify all projects and at what level groups belong. We have an issue in which we new ID's have been assigned to groups. The former ID's have been marked for delete. I now need to take the new ID of the group and reassign project permissions. I will run the query I need on a copy of the database to determine the impact. This is Livelink 91 sp4 on Oracle 8i.
