Hi,I need a LiveReport which shows me all objects in different folders which are older than (last modified date), for example 90 days. After the report showed me these objects, it would be greatif I would be able to decide which objects have to be deleted.It nearly would be perfect, if I could decide, before starting the report, in which folder the report should look.Do you have ideas how to create this in a LiveReport?Peter

Why not use the Advanced Search page, System Attributes section, Additional Attributes dropdown, Modified Date search box with the "Past 3 months option"? Once you have the results, there will be checkboxes next to each to allow you to add the ones you wish to delete into a "Default Collection". Then, from the Personal menu, Collections option, you can choose to delete them.

Hello,first, the idea with the detailed search is very good, but the problem is, that there it is not possible to delete objects. Otherwise the idea would be great and easy.Lindsay the report is very good but there is one thing which makes it a little bit too complicated to delete objects. There is no checkbox which would make it possible to mark all of them which are more than 90 days old, and delete them. Is it possible to delete more than one document at the same time?ThanksPeter

When they moved the Discussion threads to siome new format and Service Now indexing all good hyperlink data was muddled beyound usefulness.
