Unlock Ospace Problem after installing ELAPI

Hi,I have installed ELAPI and Customisaton Runtime environment 2.0.12 in livelink 96.After that I am facing some problems. I can't unlock any module from livelink builder after installing ELAPI.After this I cannot open the livelink admin page .The Livelink service is automatically stopping.I tied uninstalling both Elapi and Customisaton Runtime environment but the problem is persisiting.Can't recover Livelink.Any suggestion how to recover livelink back wihtout uninstalling it.RegardsAshif Rahamanashif.rahaman@bt.com

The first thing that looks wrong is that the obj variable in the script is an unknown object. It looks like that is the cause of the problem. Why that is the way it is is not clear.In your opentext.ini file, under the general section, set debug=2. Now start the builder. You should get a thread0.out file created. If you post that file I can look to see why the ospace is invalid.Also, check the spec path and make sure that the ospace file still exists there.
