Exporting data in a tallying format to Excel using live and web reports

Hi, Is there is a way to export data to excel without having to duplicate the row, when you want to represent the total for a group of items. Please see attached.(Sheet 1 represents the data obtained using the duplicate method which is simple to implemented. Sheet 2 is how I would like the data to look).
