Possible Bug with "Select a Container" use input

If my memory is correct in 9.2, when using the Select a Container input feature, a user, while browsing for a container, had the option to "select" at minimum Compound Documents and Folders. Now that we are at 9.5 sp1 (Oracle DB, Unix solaris V2.9, Feb 07 patches, LR 2.2, LR extensions 3.0) The select option does not appear for Compound docs. I thought CDs were always considered "containers" by LL and the code (type 0). If i'm wrong, then change the syntax from container to folder or let me know how to get the select feature back on CDs ..please

I just tested this in Livelink 9.2 SP1 and Livelink 9.5 SP1 and found that, in core Livelink, you cannot select a compound document as a container in either version. Also, compound documents have a subtype of 136, whereas folders have a subtype of 0, so they are different object types from the LiveReport point of view. I didn't find any bug or feature request in our bugs database so I've entered a feature request for you:

Allow users to select compound documents when prompted for a "container" input on LiveReports

This still seems the case in Content Server 10. Compound documents should be selectable as containers, surely?
