GetEnterpriseVolID throw error

I have received error message while calling GetEnterpriseVolID: at com.opentext.api.LLConnect.unMarshall(String argName) at com.opentext.api.LAPI_DOCUMENTS.AccessEnterpriseWS(LLValue entInfo) at LAPIws.Volume.GetEnterpriseVolID(Session lSession)The code is running fine on my local PC but failed to run on Window 2000 Server.
