Livelink builder looses UTF-8 format data when operating or writing in builder code that changes att

How, in the earth, is possible in Builder by operating with attribute values with functions like Str.Replace, and/or writing in builder strings with lengthening and softening signs like ???????, - not to loose characters in strings with lengthening or softening signs? UTF-8 Livelink version is that a just joke? Because it is very interesting how livelink handles UTF-8 text data in client/server requests it is working, but by operating with same string data in builder and own modules it acts like total j..ss. Is it possible, that livelink modules are still using 16-bit functions for string operations??? And is there any way to solve this kind of problem, for me - it is urgent. Please help me!

I have the same problem con Live Link UTF-8, i'm searching to do a Replace to special Char like "???????" but they are ignored.So i think that the Class Str in the Builder is not able to operate in this encode.
