Synchronisation (read only) every ten minutes (performance)

Hello together,we are using a read only synchronisation, which runs once a day. But the users want to get access to our LiveLink server immediately after their accounts were added to a special group in the Active Directory.In my eyes we have two possibilities to solve this.1. Complete synchronisation every ten minutes.Does anybody know consequences for performance in this case?2. Synchronization of changes only?Is it possible? I found nothing to configure the Directory Service to synchronize only changes.Thank you!Have a nice day.Peter
