Unable to find the index signature file. Resynchronize the Livelink Admin server

Hi All,Just been upgraded to LiveLink 9.7. Problems have arisen with this error message - once i resynchronize it states that Error getting the list of processes from the Admin server. Error: LLValue ErrorCan anyone help as at the minute i am reseting the admin server 4 times a week!!!!
