Get ObjectID for a given Path in LiveLink

Hi,I want to get the ObjectID for a hiearchical path in a LiveLink. Say for example if i have a folder hiearchy like Enterprise:Ameer:Folder 1I want to know the ObjectID of the folder Folder 1 using LAPI. Is there any method available to get the objectid of a given folder with full path?Please help meThanks in Advance !RegardsAmeer

From what I know, not directly butwhat you could do if you have builder is to develop your own server side function and then call it (this would be best for performance matters)oryou could simply start for enterprise and loop through each folders having having done a split.Basically, the server side function would do the same thing but without the overhead of having to send everything "packaged" through the network.
