HTML mapping question
Chris_Bowman_(spawaruser1_-_(deleted))
I've installed the customizationRT module, created an new module and orphaned the HtmlMap RH into my new module.I then created the htmlmap directory in my new module directory. I copied "browse.html" from webnode and the directory structure into my htmlmap directory. The path looks lke: /LLHome/module//htmlmap/webnode_2_2_0/html/browse.html. Is the directory structure correct or have I missed something? Is there something I missed configuring in the custom module? I'm using builder as the server, does this make a difference? When I start builder the following appears at the bottom on the log:HTMLMap HTML mapping by module "CustomHTML" (customhtml) htmlmap: Mapping modules to d:\cbowman\live95a\module\customhtml_1_0_1\modulemap htmlmap: Mapping directory d:\cbowman\live95a\ to d:\cbowman\live95a\module\customhtml_1_0_1\htmlmap htmlmap: Mapping directory d:\cbowman\live95a\webnode_2_2_0\ to d:\cbowman\live95a\module\customhtml_1_0_1\htmlmap\webnode_2_2_0\ htmlmap: Mapping directory d:\cbowman\live95a\webnode_2_2_0\html\ to d:\cbowman\live95a\module\customhtml_1_0_1\htmlmap\webnode_2_2_0\html\ htmlmap: Mapping file d:\cbowman\live95a\webnode_2_2_0\html\browse.html to d:\cbowman\live95a\module\customhtml_1_0_1\htmlmap\webnode_2_2_0\html\browse.htmlThanks,Chris

I found where I went wrong. I missed the "module" directory in the htmlmap directory. I created this directory and moved my webnode... directory and it worked just as I expected.

Message from Hans Stoop via eLinkI myself use normally the modulemap version. In that case you need to create the path...yourmodule\modulemap\webnode\browse.html.Hans > -----Original Message-----> From: eLink Discussion: Livelink Builder Discussion > [mailto:componentbuilder@elinkkc.opentext.com] > Sent: woensdag 7 november 2007 19:43> To: eLink Recipient> Subject: HTML mapping question> > HTML mapping question> Posted by Bowman, Chris on 11/07/2007 01:37 PM> > I've installed the customizationRT module, created an new > module and orphaned the HtmlMap RH into my new module.> > I then created the htmlmap directory in my new module > directory. What version of LL are you using? I know it is not really pertinent to your question...just curious if anyone has tried customizationRT with 9.7 (maybe even 9.7.1) yet?
Chris_Bowman_(spawaruser1_-_(deleted))
I started on a LL 9.5 and got it working. I then tried it on 9.7 and it worked as expected. All this was done in a Windows development environment. Next I will install it in our Solaris test evironment, which is currently on 9.5.
