javamodules configration

I configured java modules, 1> On the Run menu, click Debug....2> In the Debug dialog box that appears, click Remote Java Application in the left pane, and highlight javamodules_elf, and then click the Debug buttonIt?s saying an error "Failed to connect to remote VM. Connection refused. Connection refused: connect"Can any one help me on this?

It’s saying an error "Failed to connect to remote VM. Connection refused. Connection refused: connect"
Can any one help me on this?
