Problem Createing Folder using LAPI

Hi, I am creating folder using LAPI under project Item,When I create folder is creating under sub project, its not creating under detail view.Below code what i written for create folder" LLValue coreValue=(new LLValue()).setAssocNotSet();; documents.CreateFolder(0,projId,"Core",coreValue);" I am using LAPI 9.7 & Livelink 9.7.Can any one help on this, how we can solve this problem.Thanks,Ramesh
