Sample code for Set Attributes in VB6.0

Hi, I have to retrieve the Set Attribute values and I have to update the same through LAPI using VB6.0. My attribute name is "SIEP-GLL_EP Attributes". It contains two set of sub category "EP General" & "IM Framework". I have to retrieve the values for these sub category and I have to update the same using LAPI with VB 6.0. Any one can help with sample code for the same?.
