htmlmap vs. customizationsrt

Layne_Anderson_(landerson_-_(deleted))

I am trying to override a weblingo file in the webnode module (llmastheadcomponent.html). In order to do this, should I be using htmlmap or customizationsrt? Or can I do it without installing either module? I?d like to override the html file into my own module, but I wasn?t sure what the process would be to do this.
