Hi friends, We have SSO (single Sign On) environment here where we have a module from Syntergy which uses REMOTE_USER in the browser Header to log in into Livelink without redirecting it to Login screen.Now LLE (Desktop Explorer) is working fine using SSO as well as Non-SSO (i.e. default Login Screen) authenticationBut for Remote Cache Server LLE (Desktop Explorer) is working only using Non-SSO (i.e. default Login Screen) authentication ..When we try to run LLE in Remote Cache server using SSO authentication then it reports an Error "LAPI ERROR" and the message listed in trace file is as below.I hope some developers know the significance of Remote Cache Module which is essential for performace oriented adding and access of documents using cached File Storage at remote location..
