Hello,If I create a module, "addressbook" for example, is there a possibility that only some kind of users to be able to create elements of "addressbook" module?

as the addressbook module progresses it teaches you the livelink architecture also.If I remember correctly it will add two new "subtypes" to the system.These new subtypes can be permissioned for any existing group /user in livelink.The module are just a set of files and code that is not how livelink addresses the permissibility of a function.

Yes,

That is done by setting the fesature fObjectFacory to true on the LLNode of your own object. This is the default value.

Then you can restrict the users that can create the object via the admin.index page. Search on the admin page for Privileges and select the found link. For every objecttype you can restrict the users that can create objects of that type.
