Adding document via LAPI using InputStream

Hi, I want to add a document using LAPI_DOCUMENT.AddDocument method using inputStream. One of the parameters of this method is 'size' of the inputStream. Now its not possible to get the size of the stream and if I put any number less then the size of the document, the document is truncated and if the number exceeds then the document is not added. Anyone have any suggestions on how to insert the document using streams ? any examples ?Thanks,Gaurav
