Deploying NTLM on SEA Architecture

Hi. I m trying to deploy NTLM directory service on an SEA Architecture. It seems like I have setup a IIS with a isapi redirector to pass request to the TOMCAT and then transfer the request to my Livelink Server. I have set the Authentication on my IIS at the web tier it, it still prompts me to log into my Livelink. However if I connect directly from the Livelink Server, the NTLM directory services works fine. Can you advice..
