Does .NET API for Livelink 9.2sp1 support UTF-8 encoding?

Hi,We have Livelink 9.2sp1 instance which uses UTF-8 enabled Oracle database. When I change my browser Encoding to UTF-8 and create a folder with Japanese characters, I am able to see thos characters properly in the folder name.However, when I try to create a folder through LAPI, I get "?????" marks in the folder name. I am using .NET API using C#.Can anyone let me know if creating folders with unicode names using LAPI 9.2 is possible?Technical Details--------------------Livelink Version - 9.2sp1LAPI Version - .NET API 9.2Livelink (Oracle) Database - UTF-8 enabledProgramming Language - C#
