change general, specific, audit tabs names

Hello,I want to change the default name of the tabs: general, audit, specific, but I don't know how to do it. Also I have some other additional tabs already created by somebody else. I see that they appear in afphabetical order. I have to chenge the order, can I do that? Thanks,Anamaria
