User cannot log in consistently
Lisa_Hart
I have a user that can log in one day and is unable to log in another day. She is getting an error "Error logging in, Illegal Act performed" Does anyone know what the source of this error is?

"Illegal Act Performed" usually means that you have a Directory Services user who is trying to log in to Livelink using an anonymous website rather than one with integrated windows authentication enabled (or LDAP authentication enabled). This doesn't really explain why the user is sometimes getting in, and sometimes not, unless you are load balancing your servers and have one of the web servers misconfigured.
