how to make multi-select buttons function in LL971

Hi,We have folder created with our defined subtype. In LL951, our subtypes appeared on admin pages to configure for multi-select buttons like zip&Download. In LL971, on multi-file selection option, our subtype doesn't appear. Now for our sub-type, we can see the buttons, but not all work. Zip & download, Zip & E-mail and Print doesn't work but Copy, Move and Delete buttons work okay.How can I make the buttons function? Thxsapna
