Urgently need a livereport for the active users

Hi,Is there a livereport which gives me data for the no. of departments/users whose login is enabled and who have been given permissions on Livelink workspace. For example, we have Livelink user account synchronization with Active Directory. Now whenever, i run the synchronization, user accounts created in Active Directory get available in Livelink too. But the availability of user accounts is not enough in Livelik. A user should be given read/write access/permission on a folder in the workspace or a user should be added to a group which has access on a set of folders.Say, a user account gets created in Livelink in the first week of Jan but this user was not assigned permissions or was not added to a group which has permissions on few objects in the first week. But this user was given permissions in the second week of Jan. So my data should show this user or his department name in the second week of Jan and also in the rest of the weeks of an year until either this user's login gets disabled in Livelink or this user's permissions are removed from the workspace/objects. Likewise, I should get the data for all such users/their department names on a weekly basis. If a user has access on workspace but his login is diabled in a week his data should not be shown for that week. Similarly, if login is enabled but access is removed, then also his data should not appear in the result.Any help is really appreciated.Many Thanks,Atiya.
