How to install lapi and web services on live server

Hi,I am new to livelink and trying to set up webservices on livelink.All I have found for installation is LESSDK_9[1].7.1 and livelink_builder_9[1].7.1.Version of the livelink we are using is 9.7.0.If someone could help me out with this I would appriciate it?
