Not sure why this in Live Reports. As a rule do not try SQL deletes on the livelink schema and stay away from doing it as far as possible.A user who has SysAdmin privilges or the user "Admin" when he searches for this "guest" user using users and Groups gets a link called "Browse" this takes you to "Guests" personal workspace.Otherwise try using lapi or oscript to get at what you are trying to do

Hello Melanie,
Login as the user, and, if you can't get to the Favorites page from the Personal menu, modify the Livelink URL changing everything after the "func=" part to be "Personal.Favorites" as shown in the example below:
https://your_livelink_URL/livelink.exe?func=Personal.Favorites
Once there, you should be able to delete the favorites.
Let me know if that helps...

if you are sure this is not a customization that your org has done, contact support@opentext.com with a sysreport. It kind of looks to me that it is coming form a module called "Read Only" license,I have no experience with that,if it was a reagular uncustomized version you should have seen Favorites like B said.

The module that provides for the Guest (Anonymous) User is maintained/supported by Open Text Global Services. As such, I would recommend contacting Global Services for further assistance with the issue. You should be able to reach Global Services through your Open Text account representative. If you are not sure who that may be, please e-mail
support@opentext.com
to request the contact information.

Bhupinder,
I cannot open the favorites page, this error occures:
Livelink Error: Problem accessing Personal Home page.
[The access to this page is forbidden for the Anonymous user.]
I also tried to give all user rights to this Guest User (Anonymous) in the user administration:
Log-in enabled
Public Access enabled
Can create/modify users
Can create/modify groups
User administration rights
System administration rights
Did not help.
Thanks

hey bhupinder,if you followed the install document, it disables the access for the anonymous/guest users to the personal workspace. so i believe this is working as designed.the privs you are talking about is in the user profile. what you need to check is the permissions on the page itself on the personal workspace for anonymous.
