Hi,
If the Livelink login page is being presented then NTLM is notworking, this is anonymous access at the moment. With the error you aredescribing, we’ve seen that older versions of SEA Servlet such as yourscan have this occur when uploading documents or simply logging into Livelink.Make sure all the folders listed in the SEA Servlet opentext.ini have atrailing slash so they appear as an actual folder instead of a file. Additionallymake sure that the OTHOME= does not have a space and then the actual pathbegins. Any changes you make requires a Tomcat restart.
Do you actually have NTLM authentication enabled from Livelink?Doesn’t sound like it is. Do you have internal users accessing this verysame instance and achieving SSO with NTLM access?
Thanks,
-Mark

Livelink 9.2 Not Accepting Remote_User Variable from Appache/Tomcat in external Portal Environment.

Trying to setup external Livelink 9.2 access through a Portal enviroment with SEA Servlett, Siteminder, Appache/Tomcat & SSO (NTLM) - Can log in externally through company Portal page, presented with Livelink login page, not sure if supposed to because NTLM is turned on. - Upon entering username 'admin' and admin's password at the login page we are getting " Error parsing the GET/POST data steam " error. - Can verify that Appache/Tomcat is passing Remote_User (username XXXXX) variable - but Livelink 9.2 is not accepting it to authenticate into the Enterprise Workspace. Again the only thing that happens is " Error parsing the GET/POST data steam " error. Any ideas or suggestions ?????
