Problem in sending mail from "process step" in Livelink

I am using Livelink 9.2.0 version. I have designed a workflow map and in that i am using "process step" which sends mail on "Form initiation". The mail is received by all except one mentioned in the "To" section of "process step". Everything till the initiation of workflow is working fine and the database table from where the email id is retrieved is also getting populated correctly. Could any one please tell me what may be the solution to it ? Does any Livelink internal table store the details about the "process step" ?

I think you’ve posted to the wrongforum.

This is for Enterprise Web Services.  Youmay want to try the Customer Support forum if a workflow-specific forum doesnot exist.
