LAPI error with IWA?

I'm using Livelink 9.7.1 with Directory Services 3.0.0 (IWA enabled). In addition, I'm also using Enterprise Scan 9.7.0. From the ES client, I am trying to connect to Livelink by using windows credentials, but somehow i keep getting a "Problems with Web Transport (404 Not Found)". Attached are the logs. Seems like the problem is because there is some problem connecting via LAPI with IWA. Can anyone out there advise me on what is the issue? Thanks in advance!
