DS Scheduled Sync not happening.

LES 9.7.1 with DS 3.1.0 Scheduled AD sync not happening. When I click on "Edit Schedule" it times out. Wont let me in. Notifications are enabled but when I click "Configure Scheduled Activities" in Notification administration, same thing, it times out and eventually prompts for authentication. I'm logged into Admin instance as Admin user.Appreciate any help.-Coe Hicks
