Date Formatting

I was wondering if there is a way to format the Livelink date?Right now when I retrieve the metadata field which is a date it shows as "D:/2004/1/1:0:0:0" but I would like it to show as 2004/1/1 just year/month/date.How can I format the livelink date?Thanks

If you look at the documentation in builderOscript Built In Package IndexDate and look at the examples provided and see if they help you an excerpt-----This example uses DateToString() to convert a Date to a custom String representation: Date rightNow = Date.Now()Echo( Date.DateToString( rightNow, "It is now %H:%M on %A, %B %d." ) )The output of this example is: It is now 10:51 on Tuesday, August 11.-------------------
